Old method vs. new method - example 1


Old method

Point A -  Edge is cut by the lathe after stamping for finishing.

Point B - Lathe part was joined here.
New method
( The whole part is made by one progressive die.)

Point A - This edge form corresponds to another assembled part.

Point B - Four side pierced slits by slide cam were made to clamp another part.

Point C - The pipe sleeve was made from the same material.

Result - This lowers the total cost per unit.
