Old method vs. new method - example 2

Old method

Connector of the part
This pin was made by the lathe and slotting and then was joined to the base sheet by soldering.
Weaknesses
1 - High cost pin.
2 - Inconsistent quality due to soldering by hand.
3 - Mass production was not possible due to soldering problems.

New method
These two pins were made by curling from a single base sheet. (C5210 T=0.10)
Soldering is no longer required.
